However, some may argue that it can lead to feelings of guilt and obsessiveness.
Why I think the POSITIVES outweigh the Cons – in 4 points
Provides insights into your behaviour
It’s crucial to keep this in mind when working on changing our behaviour and habits. After all, a positive attitude goes a long way! Improving ourselves and breaking bad habits can be quite the challenge, especially when we’re not paying close attention. But hey, we’re all in this together! Jotting it down, even if it’s just a little reminder next to the task ‘WORK’, like the time you lost your cool with your colleague today. Looking back, you realise that wasn’t your finest moment, and you’re determined to make it right by apologising tomorrow. It’s amazing how important these little things can be!
Positive changes are visible
It’s absolutely amazing to witness the positive changes we’re making! It’s incredibly motivating and uplifting! Setting a goal to work out twice a week and seeing it checked off your task list can truly transform your life. It’s amazing how something as simple as that can make such a big difference!

Not keeping track of your habits can result in a chaotic scramble, where you find yourself running around like a headless chicken, attempting to juggle multiple tasks and ultimately forgetting the one thing that was truly important today. You might have stocked up on groceries for the next two weeks, but somehow your child’s school clothes for tomorrow remain unwashed. Time to get organised! Do you see what I mean? Keeping track of your habits can be a game-changer! It helps you stay focused on what really matters and what can wait a little longer. Plus, it adds a fun twist to your routine!

It’s always a good idea to take some time every Sunday to get your weekly tasks in order. This way, you can stay on top of your game and be prepared for all those upcoming meetings, appointments, and other important tasks.
