Sabrina Carpenter is truly remarkable, never giving up no matter how much time it takes. She’s been hustling in the industry since she was a kid, and now she’s finally a household name in her field.
But how on earth did she manage to do it? How did she find the strength to persevere, even when faced with years of sleepless nights and endless work?
This post will go beneath her talent to examine her diligence, work ethics, incredible resilience and some tipps & tricks I was able to collect in her own words.
Why is Work Ethics such a big deal?
Oh boy, among all of this, work ethics absolutely play the most vital part. Long term, it will not work out if you are not driven and passionate about what you are doing.
At some point, getting up will become too difficult and everything will start to seem of greater importance than pursuing your goal.
How come you too can accomplish all of this?
Yes, we may not have her voice, at least I do not, and we may not have had the same early exposure to the industry as she did, but that is not the point. How many people in their later years have achieved tremendous things? Too many to tally!
I feel like the more I work on different songs and the more I work on my voice constantly… I always feel better after I post a cover. Even if it’s doing the little 15 second covers, I’m working on my craft, and it’s really good for me, and I feel good after I do it.
SABRINA CARPENTER
In this post, we’ll explore how to overcome personal challenges and adopt the strategies and methods of role models like Sabrina. Such insights will serve as a guidebook to develop a stronger work ethic and resilience.
The Power of Sabrina’s Strategy
Sticking to it!
Consistency! This word is pure magic, no doubt about it. Regardless of the task at hand.
Whether you’re embarking on a new career, striving for academic success, pursuing a career as an Influencer in some way, or dreaming of becoming a multi-talented performer like Sabrina, the possibilities are endless! Make consistency your top priority.
Despite the challenges of long nights and short days, fatigue, and frustration, it’s important to maintain consistency. Keep up the good work!
Stay professional, no matter what!
While it is simple to let emotions take over, being unprofessional will not get you very far when you are attempting to achieve major goals like getting a degree, moving forward in your career, or breaking into the acting or music industries.
Being unprofessional is like to a gust of wind hitting a house of cards. It may all go down so quickly.
Sabrina has always received praise for her professionalism and excellent work ethics from colleagues and industry professionals. She has established a positive reputation, which has and will continue to help her go a long way.
Just do it!
Nike’s motto isn’t far off, if you think about it. Most of the time, we fail to reach our goals because we are too weary, too lazy, or too much of this or that. No! We just need to get up and do it.
Stop overthinking it. Simply do it
(This does not apply to mental health regarded challenges, and I am not advising you to do anything when you are experiencing depression or else. Please take good care of yourself.)
Track your progress
Personally, I care deeply about this. I track everything I do. From my daily habits to budgeting, even my content uploads have their own planner, and I also have one for the days I am unwell at work, along with the name of the sickness.
Life is hectic, fast-paced, and stressful. It’s fantastic to be able to go over your calendar and say, “Oh wow, yes, I did make progress; I can see it here, here, and here”.
Sabrina does the same. She has a planner for everything. This is such an important tool for remaining organised and motivated.
